What Does Coaching Entail?

By connecting with the innate wisdom within you, we bring to light insights and solutions to life’s challenges. My role is to witness, listen, interpret, and communicate, helping you access this inner knowing. Through this process, I guide you toward practical, empowering solutions that foster lasting change. Sometimes, certain situations cannot be changed, in which case my support is focused on compassion, acceptance, presence, and holding space.
Our work begins with a review of your history, which you’ll complete before our session. This helps us understand your unique situation, set clear intentions, and start forming a bigger picture. From there, we may enter a meditative state to communicate with the consciousness of your physical and energetic body, bringing more awareness and understanding . I relay everything in real-time and apply tailored solutions as needed based on evolving modalities and practices.
Healing is a journey, and the time and effort required varies for each person. My goal is to empower you. Growth cannot be rushed, but our focus remains on your freedom and well-being.
I prioritize clear communication, deep empathy, and conscious interaction to create a supportive and transformative experience. Coaching sessions are available via Zoom, with links provided upon booking. I look forward to working with you!
